The accommodations here are nicely furnished and offer breathtaking views of the well-maintained gardens.

The room was big size and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The personnel was welcoming. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Maastricht, and the restaurant, the bistro and maybe a church.

The sauna and Turkish steam bath is not exactly modern and relatively small. Definitely not recommended for sauna holidays. But quiet room outside good. At the swimming pool, depending on the people and children a little loud, but always enough space

The stay at the Chateau St. Gerlach was short but very relaxing. The dinner in the evening was excellent and the area invites you to take a leisurely walk. The roses have not yet bloomed, but the cherry trees have, and there are sculptures everywhere. Unfortunately there was no time for the spa.

Helpful staff. Fantastic lunch in Courtyard Garden. Attentive wait staff. First-class 7 Course Signature Menu. Excellent stay, short getaway from Amsterdam. 10-minute walk from train station. Exquisite grounds, food, and staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice gift for wedding anniversary.

it was luxury and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with very professional staff and absolutely perfect location to deliver in many areas. location: the venue was right by a suburb of marrstricht, restaurant and bistro and lovely gardens featuring a large art collection as well as a must see baroque chapel. there was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The hotel is very beautiful in itself. The outside area is very well maintained. Staff very friendly.

We were staying in room 140. The stairs to the room had very short steps and are not suitable for elderly people. The ceiling between the ceiling beams is simply covered with chipboard, painted and reminds one of an unfinished building site. Here, in a house like this, more attention to detail should have been paid.

The place is clean and relaxing. The breakfast is savoury and substantial with lots of options.- The rooms are beautiful, old, and well-appointed.- The views over the park or chateau are incredible.- The check-in process was smooth, and I was able to have a late check-out.- The staff is attentive and provides excellent service.- Free parking is available.- There is a shuttle into town for convenience.

Beautiful setting of castle and historical buildings in private park surrounded by meadows. Nice indoor swimming pool. Charming rooms individually decorated.

Breakfast is too expensive.

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve and enjoyed the complementary champagne and fireworks display. the location was perfect for outdoor activities and hiking in the hills. we appreciated the cozy and rustic decor of the rooms.

The service at the hotel was quite poor. the staff did not seem well-trained and were often unfriendly.

I loved my apartment to the max , it was like travelling back to Medeival age ... everything was great

I feel if you can replace the name on the door as per the people who stay there , it would make the stay more royal for the people.

What a beautiful facility! The grounds were immaculate, the restaurant was first class, the service was impeccable...I could go on and on. We will definitely come back to this lovely hotel!
